A week to slow down, practice yoga, connect with others and nature, and have space to simply be yourself. If you’d like to learn more, the team is available for a message or an informal Zoom call to see whether this offer is the right fit for you.
From 27 June to 3 July 2027, this immersion in Corfu invites you into traditional tantric teachings, yoga, and the direct experience of being alive. The week is designed as an opportunity to return to the heart and explore what it means to feel truly present.
Within the tantric view, joy is not something to manufacture or pursue. It is already part of our deepest nature, though it is often covered by tension, routine, distraction, and disconnection from our own experience. Through teachings, meditation, mantra, embodied practice, and Yin Yoga, you will be guided to meet life more fully and rediscover the quiet joy of simply being here.
This is not about being happy every moment. Tantra welcomes the full range of human experience. Rather than avoiding difficult emotions, the practice invites a more intimate relationship with life as it is, and a deeper recognition of the aliveness that can remain present even in complexity.
Alongside the deeper work of the immersion retreat, you can expect fresh meals, time by the sea, space to rest, and the warmth of shared practice in community.
Come as you are. This week offers a gentle invitation to soften what separates you from life and reconnect with the natural joy of being alive.
The yoga classes are gentle and designed to deepen your connection to the body and your inner essence. Morning sessions are active yet soft; some unfold as slow, creative vinyasa rather than power yoga or gym-style training, while others take the form of a breath-led moving meditation. Evening practices focus on relaxation, restoration, and inner intimacy through Yin Yoga, yoga nidra, and sound journeys. Ancient yogic lineages are honoured, with traditional elements woven into the practice.

Move, Breathe & Reconnect
Each retreat includes daily yoga classes and guided meditation practices. From dynamic Vinyasa and embodied movement to restorative Yin Yoga and moments of stillness, the sessions are designed to help you relax, reconnect, and return home to yourself.
Whether you are relatively new to yoga or have been practicing for years, the classes are accessible, supportive, and open to all levels.
Explore the Wisdom of Yoga
Go beyond the mat and explore the deeper dimensions of the practice. Throughout the retreat, workshops and talks will cover yoga philosophy, meditation, breathwork, and how to live yoga in everyday life.
The aim is not only to share knowledge, but to offer practical tools and insights that support clarity, self-understanding, and inner growth.
Mantra Chanting Circles
Experience the transformative power of mantra and sacred sound. By chanting together, we create a space to quiet the mind, open the heart, and deepen presence and connection.
No previous experience is required. Whether you sing or simply listen, mantra offers a simple and profound way to connect with yourself and others.
The heart of our teaching
At ineayoga, the teachings are rooted in the tradition of Non-Dual Tantra Yoga. In simple terms, yoga is not treated as an escape from life, but as a way to fully embrace it.
Instead of striving to become someone else or reach a perfect state, Tantra invites awareness, compassion, and acceptance. Through movement, breath, meditation, mantra, and self-inquiry, we reconnect with the wholeness already here.
The approach is grounded in the traditional lineages of Trika, Krama, and Sri Vidyā, while remaining accessible and relevant to modern life.
Discover Corfu's hidden beauty
Beyond the retreat center, you can join a guided walk through olive groves to the traditional village of Agyrades for a glimpse of authentic island life away from the tourist crowds.
There is also an optional boat trip along Corfu’s west coast, with several stops for swimming, relaxing on beautiful beaches, and enjoying the clear waters of the Ionian Sea.
Allow yourself to just receive
In the midst of the retreat rhythm, a massage offers a moment to pause and simply receive. Jenny creates a nurturing space where body and mind can soften, helping you release tension and settle more deeply into relaxation.
After arrival on site, you will have the opportunity to book a massage with Jenny.
The Magic of Corfu
One of the pleasures of retreating in Corfu is the chance to experience the island itself. In your free time, you may explore the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Corfu, relax in local cafés, discover secluded beaches, or drive through olive-covered hills and traditional villages.
You may also choose to visit the nearby islands of Paxos and Antipaxos, known for their crystal-clear waters, dramatic coastline, and relaxed island charm.
Healthy food for happy souls
Fresh homemade vegetarian and vegan food is served throughout the retreat. Breakfast includes typical Greek specialities, along with fresh fruit salad and porridge bowls. Dinner features traditional Greek and international dishes full of goodness. Most ingredients come from local farming.
