Are you ready to step outside your comfort zone and begin truly living life to the fullest?

After the breathwork session, we will guide you beyond the fears that keep you stuck, taking you into ice at 5 degrees so you can experience its physical and mental benefits.

The cold exposure takes place in individual tubs, opening your being and helping you leave behind patterns rooted in the subconscious.

By meditating through the discomfort of the cold, your mind becomes stronger for everyday life, helping you feel empowered and able to say yes, you can.

You will discover that mental strength is the key to everything, allowing you to release resistance and discomfort, transcend limitations, and move forward without boundaries.

Recommendations

• Ideally, avoid eating anything heavy for two hours before the session; if you need something, choose something light such as fruit or nuts.
• Do not drink coffee for three hours before the session.
• Do not consume drugs or alcohol, ideally for 24 hours before the session.
• Requirements: swimsuit, towel, robe, and a water bottle.
• Comfortable clothing and warm layers for after the immersion.

Breathwork and Ice Bath Contraindications

• Cardiovascular issues (angina, heart attack, high blood pressure).
• Medicated hypertension.
• Aneurysm, epilepsy, severe psychiatric conditions, bipolar disorder, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, and breastfeeding.
• Any condition in which hyperventilation or breath retention is contraindicated.
• People over 65 or with fragile health.
• People with asthma or other conditions should consult the facilitator.
