Lauren Lee is an E-RYT 500, Anusara-Certified teacher, and a devoted student on the path of yoga. Inspired by travel and exploration, she is as engaged in the world around her as she is in the inner landscape revealed through spiritual practice.
Her intelligently sequenced classes draw from the Hatha, Anusara, and Vinyasa lineages, with the aim of nourishing and integrating both the physical and subtle bodies. Using breath and alignment-based movement, she threads universal themes throughout her teaching to invite a deeper connection to body, mind, and heart. She encourages students to move with intention, integrity, truth, and love.
Lauren remains continually humbled by the depth of the teachings and by our capacity to grow, evolve, and awaken more fully, both individually and collectively. She comes to learn, grow, guide, and inspire along this never-ending path.
