Through the combined use of breath and evocative music, the workshop creates a supportive environment where participants can enter expanded states of awareness and connect with the Inner Healer — the innate wisdom of healing that lives within each of us.

GTT-certified facilitators and GTT apprentices in training will be present throughout to create a welcoming retreat atmosphere and offer support whenever needed.
