Janet Kingsley first stepped onto a Holotropic Breathwork® mat in 2010 and immediately recognized it as a meaningful path for her own inner exploration. As someone drawn to transpersonal work throughout her life, she has embraced the practice in many roles: as a breather, as a sitter witnessing another person’s process, and as a facilitator helping to create a safe, supportive space for deep inner journeys.
In 2015, Janet joined the GTT team, first serving as registrar and later becoming office manager in 2020. By July 2017, she had become fully certified, deepening her commitment to the Holotropic Paradigm as a way of living with presence and intention in everyday life.
Originally from Minnesota and now at home in Washington State, Janet brings warmth and groundedness to all she does. When she is not working, she enjoys gardening, preserving food, cooking delicious meals, collecting rocks, spending time with family and friends, and caring for the many furry four-legged companions around her.
