By working with enlightened archetypes, we cultivate compassion, wisdom, and fearlessness as natural qualities of our true nature. Green Tara, known as the “Mother of All Buddhas,” is a powerful source of support for meeting fear, clearing inner and outer obstacles, and awakening a brave, open heart. Whether you are new to Buddhist practice or hoping to deepen an established connection, this retreat offers a meaningful chance to engage with Tara’s transformative presence in a setting of peace, beauty, and guidance.
Jetsunma Jamyang Yeshe Palmo, whose teachings bring ancient wisdom into clear modern relevance, will guide participants through the essential Green Tara practice composed by Pedgyal Lingpa, a close teacher of Tulku Sangak Rinpoche. Jetsunma will also offer an optional opportunity to receive a Green Tara Empowerment.
Who Is This Retreat Suited For?
This retreat is ideal for those who want to explore and deepen their practice. It is designed for students ready to expand their understanding of Green Tara, Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, rituals, and practice. The program is especially well suited to practitioners who already have some experience with meditation or study and wish to build on that foundation.
You do not need to receive the empowerment in order to attend. However, for those who hope to make this their daily practice, Jetsunma recommends taking the empowerment.
