Five Parks Yoga Retreat with Erin Sampson

Erin Sampson, through Five Parks Yoga, has become an online yoga home for students from more than 90 countries, and now you have the chance to practice with her in person in one of Costa Rica’s most breathtaking settings during her signature 7 night 8 day retreat.

Each morning begins with an active, energizing yoga session, while evenings invite you into a more nurturing and restorative practice. Every class will be unique and thoughtfully shaped around the retreat’s theme. All sessions are all-level and inclusive. Erin may also film a few classes for her YouTube channel, giving you the chance to be part of the Five Parks Yoga online experience — though you will not be on camera.

Meditation and mindfulness practices will align with the style and intention of the yoga sessions, creating a cohesive and supportive flow throughout the retreat.
