Family Yoga (Soul Garden)

Welcome to a special family yoga retreat at Soul Garden, a unique space created to nurture connection and well-being for the whole family. Playful elements are combined with gentle exercises designed especially for children aged three to ten. In a safe and loving atmosphere, little ones can discover their own relationship with movement and breath, while keeping their natural joy for the practice alive.

As children explore different asanas with imagination and delight, parents enjoy a well-deserved pause. The calming effects of yoga help reduce everyday stress and restore inner calm.

• Creative exercises for children

More than just a class, this is a gentle invitation to return to the present moment together. Let the warm, welcoming atmosphere of Soul Garden surround you and discover how yoga can bring family life to a new, harmonious level.
