Germany’s first Emotion Regulation Day brings together psychological insight, somatic tools, and lived experience to create a safe, supportive space for both divergent and neurodivergent individuals. The focus is practical: you will leave with methods that can be used in everyday life, including during difficult moments and emergency situations.
Learn to understand your emotions — and regain a sense of control
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by anger, stress, sadness, or fear? This workshop is designed to help you make sense of what you feel, identify where emotions come from, and practice sustainable ways to regulate them. It offers a full day of knowledge, hands-on experience, and sensory exploration, all designed to support harmony between body, mind, and soul.
Places are intentionally limited so each participant can receive personal attention. If you would like to join, it is recommended to secure one of the remaining spots early.

Alex and Laura came together by chance, through a podcast jingle project that Laura created with her brand Younique Marketing. From their first conversations, they noticed how much they had in common, and when they discovered they both lived in Cologne, they met for coffee and immediately connected.
What unites them is a shared understanding of how challenging emotions can be. Alex was diagnosed many years ago with an anxiety disorder and borderline personality disorder. Laura was diagnosed with ADHD just one year ago and has lived with severe sleep problems for more than a decade.
Both spent years searching for ways to feel more at ease: learning, experimenting, reading books and podcasts, going through therapy, and taking part in coaching programs. Step by step, things changed. Today, they are able to regulate their emotions, and that feels deeply empowering.
Their message is simple: change is possible for you too. It took them almost ten years of trial and error, setbacks, and new beginnings to reach this point, and they want to help shorten that path by sharing what truly worked.
This day is for you if you often feel overwhelmed by emotions, struggle with anger, fear, or sadness, want to respond more calmly, or feel like your emotions are running the show. It is also for those who snap quickly and regret it later, find impulse control difficult, struggle to express emotions clearly in relationships, or want better ways to manage stress, nervousness, and tension.
It may also resonate if you tend to fall into negative thinking, have trouble naming what you feel, experience physical symptoms linked to unresolved emotions, slip into fight, flight, or freeze states, or feel stuck in survival mode. The workshop is especially relevant for neurodivergent people, including those with ADHD or autism, as well as for anyone living with a personality disorder and ready to work on themselves.
You will not only leave feeling deeply relaxed after the sound healing. You will also take home a bag full of tools to support emotional regulation in acute situations.
A Goodie Bag is prepared for you, filled with small treasures collected throughout the workshop: thoughtful giveaways, practical tools for daily life, the nourishing Burrito recipe, and more. Along with the gifts, you will carry knowledge, lightness, and a greater sense of inner balance — resources you can return to whenever you need them.
