Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance invites you into relaxation, reflection, renewal, and transformation — a space where you can simply be you.

Inspired by the energy of the four elements and aligned with the senses, this unique concept brings together practices that have supported us deeply and now form the foundation of this transformative experience. It is a holistic gathering designed to help you unlock your potential, restore balance, and step into a space of personal growth.

On the final evening of the retreat, we open a sacred setting for you to connect more deeply with yourself. This is a moment to turn inward, free from outside influence or judgment. To protect the atmosphere of this experience, we ask you to follow two simple rules:

• 1. No substances: Please do not consume any substances during this time, so you can fully meet your own feelings and inner experience.
• 2. No talking: We invite you to remain in silence, allowing your attention to rest fully on your own journey and emotions.

The only form of interaction is through movement, where you may invite others without words. This calls for sensitivity; if someone does not respond to your invitation, simply continue dancing for yourself.

There will be a meditation at the beginning and at the end of the ecstatic dance.

This is an invitation to connect with your own energy and expression.

Our Ecstatic Dances are guided by Laura.

Move with the rhythm, feel the music, and reconnect with the energy of the past days. Together, we can release what no longer serves us and welcome a sense of relief. Let us dance until we naturally enter an ecstatic state.

We warmly invite you to join this evening of deep self-connection and personal growth.
