Dharma Bodhis Middle School Program

This program offers middle schoolers a welcoming space to explore how dharma can provide support through the unique challenges and opportunities of this stage of life. Designed to be engaging and age-appropriate, the experience weaves together group discussions, mindfulness practice, creative activities, and interactive games to help participants connect, reflect, and grow.

Alongside the learning and shared exploration, students will also enjoy a pizza dinner and take part in opportunities for community service, adding a meaningful sense of connection and contribution to the experience. With a balance of fun, reflection, and practical tools, the program encourages young people to build awareness, strengthen community, and discover supportive ways to navigate everyday life.
