This year-round retreat blends cycling with wellness in a way that can be tailored to your pace and preferences. Alongside your rides, you can enjoy massage, meals, and uplifting yoga and Pilates classes. The team is happy to remove the stress from travel by arranging bike hire for your arrival, with options ranging from road bikes to mountain bikes so you can choose the right ride for your island adventure.

Daily classes

Daily group classes offer a chance to stretch, build strength, and connect with other guests while still leaving plenty of time to explore the island independently. These mat-based sessions are fun and may be energising or restorative, giving you the flexibility to add challenge to your stay or simply enjoy another way to move.

Cycling

Bike hire can be arranged in advance by sharing your specifications and height, and the team will take care of the rest. Prices start from 50 euros for 7 nights and go up to 200 euros for 7 nights for high-spec bikes. Guided cycle tours are also available, taking you through striking island scenery, volcanic views, and quiet roads surrounded by natural beauty.

All meals

Expect daily plant-based breakfasts, light lunches to take to the beach or enjoy by the pool, and abundant evening meals. These meals are designed to leave you feeling uplifted and energised, while also freeing up your time so you can relax, recharge, and ride.

Begin each day with a feel-good flow yoga class, guided by teachers who encourage you to get the most from your practice.

After class, sit down to delicious vegetarian brunches featuring freshly baked bread, tofu scrambles, hummus, pancakes, and seasonal fruit salads.

Ride free...

Use the time between classes to cycle, explore the island, or simply rest. If you prefer, you can also enjoy a massage by the pool.

Light lunches are provided every day, ready to enjoy by the pool, in the sun-filled courtyard, at the beach, or while you’re out exploring.

Restorative yoga...

In the evenings, the program alternates between restorative yoga sessions, meditation, or yin, inviting you to soften into stillness, healing, and compassion.

After your practice, a nourishing and lovingly prepared meal awaits. The menu is plant-based, plentiful, and focused on flavour and variety.

Food

Food is an important part of the Azulfit experience, with every meal prepared with care and intention. Guests are offered a complete meal programme that nourishes and satisfies the body while also delighting the taste buds.

Across the week, meals are balanced, plant-based, and generous, always with flavour and variety at the forefront. They help revitalise the body and create a warm social atmosphere around the table.

Venue

This special retreat week takes place at Surya Retreat in Fuerteventura. The villa is beautifully positioned among volcanoes, with views stretching out to the sea.

Its Spanish architecture features whitewashed walls and elegant wooden beams, while a flower-filled internal courtyard with palm trees adds to the sense of calm.

The kitchen and lounge form the heart of the retreat, warmed by a wood-burning fire and framed by views of the ocean and surrounding countryside.

Outside, the spacious gardens include a large swimming pool, jacuzzi hot tub, and sun lounging area. Hammocks offer shaded rest, and patio chairs invite you to relax with a book or spend time with new friends.

Your all-inclusive room and board package starts at 660 euros for 7 nights. Bike hire is optional, with rates depending on bike specification. Short stays of 3-4 nights are also available, as well as a package with no classes, making it easy to shape the perfect island cycle adventure for your needs.
