
This course is designed for anyone who wants to try aerial yoga and explore their body with confidence, while learning safe standing positions and mini tricks in the air.
Through a variety of asanas and dynamic flow sequences, you are invited to awaken the 🔥Fire element within yourself — inner strength, courage, and self-trust.
🔥The Fire element helps activate physical power, coordination, inner drive, and motivation. During practice, the body grows stronger, and you build the courage to try new movements and trust your abilities in the air.
This element encourages you to safely go beyond your usual limits, experience the “I can” state, and discover inner strength while allowing the body to stay active and alive in the air.
It is suitable for bold participants who want to strengthen both the body and self-confidence in the air.
Each session begins with meditation, continues with deep body-strengthening exercises, and ends with relaxation in the hammock 🕊️✨
Course program:
1 day. The history of the hammock’s creation. Introductory meditation. Practice in a low hammock. Savasana meditation with Mini Fire Nidra.
2 day. The history of hammocks with handles. Breath meditation. Practice in a medium-height hammock with handles. Savasana meditation.
3 day. Practice in a high hammock and with handles. Inversions and transitions. Savasana meditation with massage elements.
4 day. Practice with one attachment point. Low and high hammock. Savasana meditation with “Fire Warmth”.
What you will experience: body strength, flexibility and coordination, a sense of weightlessness, deep calm, and emotional confidence.
