What Is Included?

• Accommodation in a glamping tent or room with beautiful jungle and ocean views, plus a large garden
• 2 courses per day on the yoga terrace with different yoga styles, meditation, Qi Gong, breathwork, health coaching, Acro Yoga, and yoga philosophy

Location

The retreat venue is located 7 km north of Playa Santa Teresa, on the hills between Playa Hermosa de Cóbano and Playa Manzanillo. Playa Manzanillo is protected by a reef, making it ideal for swimming. Between the two beaches, tidepools offer calm, shallow turquoise water for floating and swimming.

Set away from the crowds and surrounded by nature, the venue overlooks the jungle, mountains, and ocean, with a refreshing sea breeze just minutes from the beach. From the Octagon terrace, the panoramic view feels like looking out over Jurassic Park. The property covers 5,000 square meters of mostly flat land, with large trees for relaxing in hammocks, fruit trees, flowers that attract hummingbirds, and a fireplace.

Accommodation

Accommodation options include single or double rooms, as well as glamping options with excellent airflow, mosquito windows, and the possibility to seal the space completely. Guests may choose a private glamping option or share with one other person.

Cancellation

Cancellation 30 days before the retreat: 80% will be paid back.
Cancellation 20 days before the retreat: 50% will be paid back.
Cancellation from 7-0 days before the retreat: 0% will be paid back, but there is an option to change to another time frame.

What Are the Included Meals?

Each day begins with a breakfast buffet featuring oatmeal or cereals, bread, spreads, different cheeses, nuts, fruit salad, yogurt, honey, coffee, and tea.
On some days, there will also be a chance to try Costa Rican specialties.
Evening meals include a variety of vegetarian dishes made with local produce and traditional recipes, alongside international dishes such as veggie curries inspired by cooking courses in Sri Lanka and spices brought home from travels. Fresh vegetables, salads, and regional deli items are also part of the menu.
