Description

In our daily lives, we experience a range of emotions, which, when suppressed, lead to stress and tension in our bodies. Letting go of our pent-up emotions allows us to experience fullness and joy in our lives, and to breathe easily and joyfully.

Rebefing is a deep circular breathing that aims to release the tensions we experience every day and to remove physical and emotional blocks that have built up in the body.

It is a healing modality, a force that moves every system of the body.

Through conscious breathing, we explore ourselves, recognise our unpleasant emotions and release them, and develop our concentration and attentiveness, which helps us to improve other areas of our lives.

We feel more invigorated, with more energy, more potential and more freedom to breathe.

One session of reefing can be equivalent to ten sessions of psychotherapy.
