Description
Yoga teacher, meditation and mindfulness instructor, psychotherapist
My journey into mindfulness began not out of curiosity, but out of life's challenges. At that time I was experiencing intense anxiety, burnout and inner chaos - life seemed to be slipping out of my hands. The first meditation experience was a turning point: I realised that I was the only one who could create my own states, and that real change comes from within. Since then, the path of self-knowledge and growth has become the core of my life.
Since 2020, I have been leading individual therapy and coaching sessions, as well as group yoga and mindfulness sessions. I am an organizer of various self-care camps, silent retreats and experiential events in Lithuania and abroad.
My work is based on a holistic approach - combining the principles of psychology, yoga, ayurveda, mineral therapy and body wellness. I am constantly expanding my knowledge to help people not only understand themselves, but also to experience wholeness through harmony of body, mind and soul.
My goal is to inspire people to find more peace, awareness and inner freedom. I share practices that not only heal, but also bring light and meaning to life - just as they enrich my own path every day.
