Let's open the door to deeper breathing. Conscious and regular breathing is one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to nurture your physical, emotional and psychological health. It affects the whole body, from the heart and brain to the digestive system and our inner state.
In this session, we will journey into the experience of conscious, circulatory breathing. This is a powerful technique to release psychosomatic layers of blocks, clear energy and awaken the vitality of the body. The practice activates the metabolism, suppresses inflammatory processes, facilitates breathing by dilating the bronchial tubes and allows to flush out stagnant air from the lungs.
Circulatory breathing reaches the deepest layers of the subconscious, helping to bring to the surface fears, stuck emotions and tensions that over time complicate our daily lives.
Wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement.
Recommendation - do not eat at least 1 hour before the practice.
