Description

I am Samanta Dvileviciute - a facilitator of mindful breathing, inner peace and emotional health practices. For several years I have been working as an instructor of Deep Circulatory Breathing, leading ecstatic dance evenings, women's circles and workshops on self-discovery, femininity and emotional balance. My aim is to help people release tension, hear their bodies and find love for themselves.

I came to this path through personal transformation. A painful phase in my life, single motherhood and intense emotional challenges led me to seek ways to come back to myself. Breathing practices have become my mainstay, helping me to overcome prolonged migraines, to regain my inner balance and to feel the fullness of life again. What was my own salvation naturally became my vocation.

When I work with people, I do not only rely on theoretical knowledge, but also on my own experience. I have tried and tested every practice I lead, so I know how it affects the body, the emotions and the inner state. People come to me because of various challenges: anxiety, fears, tension, divorce, bereavement, or simply because they want to stop and finally hear themselves. My job is to create a space where they feel safe and open to change.

As a mother of two children, I value the rhythm of the day, well-being and conscious self-care. I firmly believe that only by being calm and balanced ourselves can we genuinely and lovingly help others.

My mission is to guide people back to themselves, to their inner peace and harmonious relationship with life. If you feel that you want to know yourself more deeply, I invite you to walk this path together.
