Community Supported Breathwork, Talk Circle, and Sound Journey

Join a small, intimate group for an evening of breathwork, heartfelt sharing, and gentle sound healing. Together, we will create a held and welcoming space to speak honestly about whatever is moving through us, especially as we navigate these intense and uncertain times. The breathwork session is designed to help release stuck emotions and open the way for deeper, more vulnerable connection from the heart.

Afterward, a short sound journey will guide you back into your body and into the room with softness and care. This gathering is not therapy and not a support group, but a loving, safe, and sacred community healing experience. Come as you are and allow yourself to be met with presence, compassion, and shared humanity.
