Cold Therapy-Glacier Hike. WHM

Step into an unforgettable glacier adventure that blends raw nature, physical challenge, and the principles of the Wim Hof Method. Over 6-8 hours, you will hike across dramatic glacier terrain in your shorts, taking in crevasses, ridges, moulins, volcanic ash, and breathtaking views along the way.

The experience is led by a certified Glacier Guide together with Andri, a Wim Hof Method Level 2 instructor, who will support you throughout the journey. Along the hike, you will explore breathing exercises, learn how the body adapts to cold and stress, and practice warm-up techniques and other tools designed to help you stay grounded and strong.

For those seeking an extra challenge, there is also an optional dip in glacier water. Specialized glacier gear is provided, ensuring you are equipped for the experience. A rare opportunity to connect with nature, test your limits, and discover what your body is capable of.
