Clearing old patterns and energetic baggage workshop

Venue: Surrey Holistic Centre, The Barn, Wiggins Yard, Bridge St, Godalming GU7 1HW.

Cost: £80 (£75 for FSEM healer members).

In this workshop, we will explore the ways we can become caught in old, limiting patterns that hold us back, and how these connect to our evolutionary growth. Through energy work and meditation, we will work to clear what is ready to be released, helping create space for fresh, more supportive intentions and a clearer path forward.

Content will include:

• Exploring triggers in our lives, their energetic meaning, and how to release them
• Looking at the illusion of “life stories” and the emotional repeating patterns we may become stuck in
• Examining childhood patterns and recurring patterns from other times
• Family dynamics from a higher perspective
• Karma, past, future, and parallel lives, and how we can get “stuck on the wheel”
• Practices to help clear old patterns
• Using sound to clear blockages
• Clearing the energy field at all levels
• Crystals and Bach Remedies that can support the clearing of old patterns
• Manifestation work, moving from the inner to the outer to shift what we experience
• Working with intention to create the life we want

Before the workshop, it is also recommended to do a physical clear-out of anything you no longer use or need at home. Karen Kingston’s Clear Your Clutter is a helpful book on this topic.
