What kind of positive shift would make the greatest difference in your life right now?
This immersive workshop invites you to explore the extraordinary potential already woven into your being. Through the essence of Integral Transformative Practice® (ITP), you’ll encounter a living framework for growth, wellness, and evolution — one that recognizes the deep connection between body, mind, heart, and soul. Developed by Esalen Institute visionaries Michael Murphy and George Leonard, this practice supports meaningful change in both personal life and the wider world.
Designed as an experiential journey, the workshop blends movement, writing, and sharing circles to help you listen closely to the wisdom of your whole self. As you notice who you are, who you are becoming, and what naturally wants to unfold next, you’ll use the body as a guide for learning. The program also includes solo, partner, and group energy-awareness practices created by ITP co-founder and Master Aikido Sensei George Leonard, along with a refreshing daily practice intended to restore balance, increase energy, and encourage deep relaxation. This is a tool you can carry into everyday life.
You are invited to:
Using the integral model as a doorway to innate wholeness, the workshop also explores the worldview that shaped Esalen Institute, where this transformative practice emerged. This evolutionary approach offers a pathway toward your own wholeness and the emergence of your extraordinary potential.
