Who is this for?
Chronic pain calls for a different approach than acute pain. Movement can be supportive, but only when it is carefully paced and matched to what your body can handle. Standard yoga classes often do not fit these needs.
This class may be suitable for people experiencing:
How do we work?
We do not push against pain; we work with the body. The emphasis is on what is possible, not on what is not.
We work with:
Relaxation and meditation are also part of the practice.
What you can expect
This class costs more than a regular yoga class because the guidance is specialized and designed for people with lower capacity. You are paying for expertise and smaller groups, not for a standard yoga class.

Frequently asked questions
Is yoga suitable for chronic pain?
It can be, as long as the load is adjusted well. With chronic pain, less is often more. That is why we work slowly, with attention to pacing, body awareness, and building gradually without forcing.
What if movement sometimes makes my symptoms worse?
That is an important question. In these classes, the goal is not to push through pain, but to learn what is manageable for you. We build gradually and offer options so you can explore, step by step, what helps and what is too much.
Do I need to be flexible or fit to join?
No. You do not need to be flexible, fit, or experienced. This class is designed for people who want to move carefully and build more trust in what their body can do.
Can I join if my pain changes from day to day?
Often yes. In that case, it is especially important that you can adapt to what is possible on that day. If your symptoms vary a lot or you need more individual support first, private guidance may be more suitable.
How do you build up the load?
We work in a calm and structured way, with room to pause, adapt, and choose a lighter variation. The aim is not to do more than is appropriate, but to regulate.
Is this also suitable for long-term pain complaints or fibromyalgia?
It can be, as long as the load is well matched and you do not have to participate from a performance mindset. Because pain is experienced differently by each person, we always look honestly at whether group class is a fit or whether private guidance makes more sense.
When is private guidance better than group class?
Private guidance is often a better choice if your symptoms fluctuate strongly, you feel very afraid of movement, you become overloaded quickly, or you need more individual support first.
What does a class look like?
The class includes quiet movement, breath, attention, and moments of rest. You receive clear options and never have to force anything. The focus is on achievable movement, not performance.
Can I get to know the class first?
Yes. You can start with a trial class for €10 or reach out first if you are unsure whether group class is the right step for you.
