Deeply nourishing vegetarian meals, holistic massage, and time in the sun on beautiful white-sand beaches all come together to support rest and renewal. By the end of the week, you may feel stronger, lighter, and full of festive joy.

Classes

Led by warm, experienced, world-class teachers, the daily schedule includes a rich mix of Pilates and yoga classes suitable for all levels.

The full weekly programme offers 20+ class hours at a pace that leaves room for therapies, exploration, or simple relaxation. You choose how active or restful you want your holiday to be.

During this special week, extra meditation sessions will help cultivate peace, compassion, and gratitude. Festive activities, including crafts and an essential oils make-and-take workshop, add a playful seasonal touch.

Food

At Azulfit, food is prepared with care and love, with every meal designed to nourish and satisfy while delighting the taste buds.

Across the week, you will enjoy balanced, plant-based, and plentiful meals that prioritise flavour and variety. Shared mealtimes also create a lovely opportunity to connect with fellow guests.

Special Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meals are included, offering a traditional festive experience with a healthy wellbeing twist. Delicious food and healthy eating can go hand in hand.

Venue

This retreat takes place at Surya Retreat in Fuerteventura, a beautiful villa set among volcanoes with views toward the sea.

With whitewashed walls, striking wooden beams, and a flower-filled courtyard with palm trees, the property reflects the best of Spanish architecture.

The kitchen and lounge form the heart of the retreat, enhanced by a wood-burning fire and wide views of the ocean and surrounding countryside.

Outside, the spacious gardens include a large swimming pool, jacuzzi hot tub, and sun-lounging area. Hammocks offer shade, while patio chairs invite you to unwind with a book or spend time with new friends.

Morning classes are followed by brunch at 10:15, and inclusive evening meals are served at 19:30.
