
Chair Yoga is a welcoming yoga class designed for beginners, people with limited mobility, and anyone concerned about falling. Jess guides participants through breathwork, a sequence of yoga postures, and balance exercises in a supportive setting.
This practice provides a full-body stretch and is a wonderful way to build confidence and strength. People of all ages and body types are welcome, and bringing a yoga mat is optional.
Each session encourages you to slow your pace, tune into your breath, and move with mindful awareness. Jess creates a warm, encouraging space where you can explore movement safely while developing strength and confidence over time. With gentle stretching and balance work, you may improve flexibility, support circulation, and ease tension in both body and mind.
