Join Club Pilates Chicago for a 50-minute mat pilates class designed to challenge the whole body. Expect core-centered movement, muscle-burning sequences, and a focused flow that supports strength, stability, and flexibility. You’ll finish feeling energized, confident, and a little taller.
Please arrive by 8:45 AM to get settled before class begins. Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic attire, and bring grip socks if you have them. Mats will be provided. Please also bring a water bottle and towel.
