



An intimate evening designed to help you reconnect with the wisdom of your cyclical body through breath, movement, reflection, and shared connection. Together, you will move through grounding, embodied practices created to support nervous system regulation, deepen body awareness, and honour wherever you are in your cycle or season of life.
With gentle movement, meaningful connection exercises, and moments of reflection, you are invited to shift from doing into being, making space to listen more deeply to the voice within. There is powerful medicine in stepping out of the mind and back into the body. In a world that often encourages a linear pace, the feminine within each of us longs to flow, soften, and move in spirals rather than straight lines, returning to the natural rhythms that live within.
The invitation is simple: arrive exactly as you are and bring your whole heart. Let the collective holding of the space support you as you breathe, move, and inhabit your body in the presence of other women. Through gathering together, we remember the wise and ancient intelligence that lives within us — an intelligence that has always known the way.
