Yoga teacher, meditation teacher. Maddison’s wellness path began in 2018 in Ubud, Bali, where she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Greg Kaps. That formative experience opened the door to a lifelong interest in ancient practices and holistic healing, inspiring her to study meditation, yoga nidra, and reiki at Levels 1 and 2. While she has explored many modalities, Yin Yoga remains especially close to her heart. Maddison has trained extensively in Yin Yoga with Mel McLaughlin, a teacher who fully reflects the spirit of the practice. She also holds deep respect for Traditional Chinese Medicine and the way it enriches yin yoga, supporting healing on more than just a physical level. In her classes, Maddison offers a safe, nurturing space where students can slow down, reconnect, and restore balance. Her gentle, restorative style invites students to experience the quiet depth and transformative power of yin yoga. She is also passionate about cyclical living and supporting women to honour their menstrual cycles, helping them align with their natural rhythms and reconnect more deeply with themselves.
