Charlotte believes everyone has the capacity to shape the quality, meaning, and direction of their life. She sees strength, health, happiness, and adaptability as possible at any age, and approaches teaching as a way to create the right conditions for those qualities to grow. For her, kindness, positivity, and laughter help that process flourish.
She has completed 200 hours of Hatha training, 300 hours in Mixed Modalities, 100 hours in Myofascial Yin Yoga and Mindfulness, along with anatomical courses and Meditation Teacher Training. Still learning, she values the experiences shared in the studio with Azulfit guests, especially the atmosphere of play, warmth, freedom, and growth.
Her classes are guided by curiosity and connection. Yoga sessions are crafted to energize and empower while creating a strong sense of ease in the body and calm in the mind. Her meditation classes are highly personalized and draw from a range of practices to support stress relief, concentration, compassion, and inner stillness.
Lindsey’s relationship with yoga began more than 20 years ago, when a group of inspiring yogis in New Zealand transformed the way she connected with body and mind. She discovered the value of leaving the mat feeling lighter, more open, and ready to release what no longer served her, and that experience set her on a path of self-development that eventually led her to teaching.
She has trained with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY), BSY, and Yoga Alliance, and continues to deepen her understanding of the practice whenever possible.
With years of experience as a UK registered nurse, Lindsey brings a thoughtful awareness of the body to her teaching. She understands that every person is different and meets each student with kindness and care.
Her teaching includes everything from strong vinyasa to restorative and Yin classes. She creates space for each style when it is needed, with the intention of helping you open the body and mind while deepening your personal practice.
Pilates Teacher
Tanya leads the Pilates classes as well as the nourishing and restorative sound baths.
She brings energy, warmth, and a sense of play to every session, while also creating balance and community. Her teaching combines depth and understanding with a light, uplifting spirit.
Tanya’s caring nature and enthusiasm are felt in every class, and her passion for sharing knowledge is always clear. She has studied Pilates and yoga and enjoys weaving holistic concepts, breath, and energy into her traditional Pilates approach.
Students leave her classes feeling uplifted, revitalized, and inspired to continue their journey. Tanya also offers sound healing experiences using crystal bowls, as well as Pilates reformer sessions.

I believe everyone has the capacity to shape the meaning, quality, and direction of their life. We can be strong, healthy, happy, and adaptable at any age. As a teacher, my role is not only to plant the seeds of practice, but also to create the right conditions for them to thrive. I’ve found that this happens best in open...
