I believe everyone has the capacity to shape the meaning, quality, and direction of their life. We can be strong, healthy, happy, and adaptable at any age. As a teacher, my role is not only to plant the seeds of practice, but also to create the right conditions for them to thrive. I’ve found that this happens best in open spaces where kindness, positivity, and laughter are present.
After completing 200 hours of Hatha training, 300 hours in Mixed Modalities, 100 hours of Myofascial Yin Yoga and Mindfulness, along with various anatomy courses and Meditation Teacher Training, I am still learning. Some of my most valuable experiences have come in the studio with Azulfit guests. What draws me here is the focus on play, fun, warmth, and the freedom to experiment and grow.
My teaching style is rooted in curiosity and connection. Yoga classes are designed to energise and empower, while also creating a wonderful sense of embodiment and supporting mental focus and calm. I offer meditation as a deeply personalised experience, drawing on a range of practices to help relieve stress, anxiety, grief, and pain, and to cultivate concentration, compassion, or simply the peace and stillness of quiet.
