Set on the peaceful island of Koh Yao Noi in Phang-Nga Bay, this 200-hour yoga teacher training offers a serene setting for turning inward and stepping away from everyday demands. With a strong therapeutic emphasis, the programme explores yoga as a path to radiant health, meaningful connection, and inner transformation.
Yoga Alliance accredited, this training qualifies graduates to register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). It brings together Hatha Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga, Therapeutic Essentials, Holistic Healing with Sound, Yoga for Mental Health, mindfulness meditation, and New and Full Moon Ceremony. Rooted in the wisdom traditions of Indian Yoga, Tibetan Buddhism, Chinese Taoism, and vibrational holistic healing, it provides a comprehensive foundation for self-discovery, personal transformation, and future study in Yoga Therapy.

Join Roni Jones and her highly specialized team in a supportive, hands-on learning environment that encourages awareness and radical self-compassion. Across four weeks, you will combine practical training, experiential practice, theoretical study, and teaching methodology, while learning to work with real bodies and real people in a way that is universal and accessible. Sound healing with singing bowls and mindfulness meditation are woven into the curriculum as valuable additions to your teaching.
This training is built on classical Hatha Yoga principles, with a function-oriented approach that emphasizes breath over rigid form. You will study asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, mantra, bhavana, meditation, ritual, relaxation, lifestyle practices, and guided self-inquiry, while learning how breath can shape the mind and support healthier movement patterns.
The programme includes 210 hours of tuition and support, 28 nights of accommodation and breakfast if included in the package, daily asana, pranayama, sound and meditation, a comprehensive 400+ page manual, a preparation kit and reading list, a welcome bag and gift, one complimentary 1:1 coaching session, access to pool, beach and relaxation areas, free filter water and wi-fi, Manduka yoga mats and high-quality props, and use of Himalayan singing bowls and tuning forks. Sacred Sound Baths and New and Full Moon Ceremonies are also part of the experience.

The curriculum covers Sacred Sound (Nada Yoga), Yoga Therapeutic Essentials, Yoga for Mental Health, Meditation & Mindfulness, Ceremony & Connection, asana, history and philosophy, pranayama, bandha and mudra, restorative yoga, yin yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, introduction to Ayurveda, anatomy and physiology, subtle anatomy, the art of teaching, one-on-one sessions, ceremony, lifestyle and ethics, and ethical business and marketing.
Specialist areas include therapeutic yoga for common injuries, women’s health, mental health, trauma-informed principles, digestive balance, core awareness, and adaptive teaching for individuals and groups. The training also includes large-scale sacred sound experiences, moon ceremonies, and a strong focus on embodied, compassionate learning.
