E-RYT 500 and C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, as well as a Sound Therapist, Roni is the founder of Pure Nature Yoga. Originally from the UK, she has spent the past 19 years living across Australia and Asia, accumulating thousands of hours of teaching experience. Her work focuses on Holistic Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, alongside her certification as a Yoga Therapist.
Roni’s interests include Structural Therapeutics, Yoga for Mental Health, trauma-informed practice, and Somatic Embodiment. She brings depth, presence, and grace to every session, viewing yoga as a path of connection, relationship, and self-empowerment that supports integral growth. She has trained for more than two decades with leading teachers in the classical Sri T. Krishnamacharya lineage and the Tibetan Buddhist Kagyu lineage.
After attending many silent meditation retreats, she now studies under the guidance of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. Roni is passionate about bringing together yoga, Buddhist psychology, and modern scientific understanding of the body-mind complex to nurture wisdom and compassion. As a Certified Sound Therapist, she works with voice, gongs, bowls, drums, and more to support deep relaxation and shifts in consciousness. Her classes are breath-centered, mindfulness-based, and woven with sound and silence to awaken deep resonance.
