Long-held relationship patterns are being re-examined in ways that can feel both freeing and unsettling. As inherited models shaped by codependency, people-pleasing, and fixed roles begin to lose their influence, many people find themselves at a turning point: no longer willing to give up sovereignty in order to belong, yet still unsure how to connect beyond familiar social scripts. This opening asks a deeper question: how do we remain in relationship without disappearing into it? What new possibilities for intimacy, partnership, and community might arise when connection is no longer organized around survival?
Over this weekend intensive, we will look at how social conditioning has informed our ideas about partnership — including the belief that we are incomplete without one, or that a relationship ending means something has gone wrong. We will explore what becomes available as codependent habits, limiting beliefs, and outdated gender roles are released, and we will examine the tension that can emerge when attachment is placed above individuality. Together, we will consider how all relationships can become reciprocal spaces of healing grounded in sovereignty.
This workshop will support you in:
If you are standing at a relational threshold — ready to let go of old patterns but uncertain about what comes next — join us for an exploration of connection rooted in clarity and self-authorship, and discover a spacious framework centered in sovereignty.
