Retreat Details

Yoga Styles: Two yoga sessions are offered each day during the retreat: a morning class and a deeply restorative Yin yoga class in the evening. The morning asana class requires some prior yoga experience, while the evening session is suitable for all levels.

Beginners: Yes, beginners are welcome. The retreats are designed to comfortably accommodate practitioners of all ages and experience levels.

Group Size: Group sizes vary by retreat. The largest retreat in Rishikesh welcomes more than 75 participants, while most others host between 25 and 40 people. Both men and women are welcome, ages 21 to 60.

Food: Meals are simple sattvic vegetarian dishes, with two main meals and afternoon tea served daily. The food is local, organic, and aligned with a yogic diet. While specific dietary requirements such as Jain, vegan, or gluten-free cannot be catered to directly, there is usually at least one option available for everyone. Guests with special dietary needs may order food separately.

Room Sharing: Double and single occupancy rooms are available, and some retreats also offer triple occupancy. Whenever possible, room-sharing partners are matched with like-minded guests.

Yoga Mat: Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, although some retreats do provide them.

Travel: Flights and travel to and from the hotel or resort are not included in the package price. Assistance is available through travel partners.

Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is at 12 noon on the retreat start date, and check-out is at 12 noon on the departure date.

Early Arrival/Late Departure: Yes, this can be arranged through partner venues.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required two weeks before the retreat. If payment is not completed, wait-listed participants may take the place. No installments, discounts, or cash payments are accepted. No refunds are offered. In exceptional circumstances, payments may be transferred to another retreat after cancellation costs. No refunds are available within 48 hours of the retreat, and the retreat is non-transferable to another person.
