Costa Rica Retreat with Reagan Sobel

Join Reagan Sobel, E-RYT 500, for a transformative yoga retreat in the beautiful coastal setting of Nosara, Costa Rica.

Spend a restorative week immersed in connection, growth, and the deepening of your yoga practice at Casas Kismet, tucked into the jungle paradise of Nosara. This retreat is an invitation to nourish body, mind, and soul while fully arriving in the present moment. Together, you’ll broaden your practice, explore what it means to live yoga beyond the mat, and create space for the shifts you’re ready to welcome within. Along the way, you’ll also experience the local culture and natural surroundings through a nature boat tour, a Costa Rican cooking class, a cacao ceremony, and nearby hikes and walks.

The Yoga: Each morning begins with a one-hour yoga practice led by Reagan, primarily in vinyasa and slow flow styles. Before lunch, you’ll take part in an interactive yoga workshop designed to deepen your understanding and strengthen your connection to the practice. Topics include yoga philosophy, ways to elevate your practice, alignment and foundations in familiar poses, and explorations that may even extend to arm balances and beyond.

This is a magical and meaningful experience created for anyone seeking rejuvenation, personal growth, and connection. Spaces are limited, and room selections are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is encouraged.

Yoga Teachers can receive 15 hours of Yoga Alliance continuing education through this retreat.
