Description
Join Lillie every Thursday evening for a candlelit slow flow yoga class paired with guided meditation, created to help calm the nervous system and bring body and mind into balance before the weekend begins. This gentle session is designed to support deep release, encouraging you to stretch, soften, and unwind at an unhurried pace.
With the warm glow of candlelight setting a peaceful atmosphere, you can expect a grounding experience that blends mindful movement with quiet stillness. The practice offers space to let go of tension, reconnect with your breath, and leave feeling more centered, refreshed, and reset for the days ahead.
