
Held in an intimate candlelit setting, this class combines music, breath, and sound to create a powerful yet nurturing atmosphere where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered. The session is designed to guide you inward, offering space to release, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply restorative way.
Shannon will lead you through approximately 30 minutes of active breathwork, followed by a release phase with a gentler, more soothing breathing pattern. From there, the experience flows into meditation, allowing you to settle fully into the closing part of the session. Together, these elements create a meaningful journey of healing and inner exploration.
