DAY-1
Arrive at ASHA Retreat & Community Center, connect with your group through the app, travel together or by train, and settle into the heart of Tuscany. You’ll be welcomed by Anthony, Amy, the trainers, the team, and fellow graduates, then close the evening with a drum circle.
DAY-2
Get grounded in breathwork. Learn the why and how of breathwork, from beginner to advanced, while receiving guidance through your personal process and space to let go, open up, and embrace healing.
DAY-3
Receive support for both personal growth and professional development. Add profound yet simple tools to your transformation toolkit, and end the night with dancing.
DAY-4
Deepen your practice with Anthony’s signature Bridge process for healing trauma from childhood to the present. It is simple, engaging, and profound — helping you reach the core of what holds you back and realize your potential.
DAY-5
Learn trauma-informed breath patterns and practical Breath Solutions. With pool breathwork followed by a sound bath, experience results in hours that may otherwise take years in traditional therapy. In the evening, sing and dance with Amy.
DAY-6
Be held and learn to hold space for others with expert guidance. Experience Anthony’s Mandala Breathwork, then celebrate under the stars with a closing Italian feast.
