A journey designed to awaken and transform
Over seven days, you’ll move through transformation, connection, and self-discovery in the heart of Tuscany.
Deep healing
Work from within through the breath itself. Conscious, connected breathing is paired with integrative practices that support emotional release, help shift old patterns, and create space for greater inner peace.
True connection
Heal together. Grow together. Breathe into a new version of yourself. Surrounded by a global community of open-hearted people, you’ll share meaningful conversations, laughter, and quiet moments in a breathtaking Tuscan setting created to foster belonging.
Guided by masters
Be led by the founders of Alchemy of Breath and ASHA, Anthony Abbagnano and Amy Rachelle, together with their team of trainers, as they guide you through a powerful process using breathwork, intuition, and other natural healing modalities.
What you’ll explore
The 7-day experience at ASHA
Day 1 — Arrive at ASHA Retreat & Community Center, connect with your group through the app, travel together or by train, and settle into the heart of Tuscany. You’ll be welcomed by Anthony, Amy, the trainers, the team, and fellow graduates before closing the day with an evening drum circle.
Day 2 — Ground yourself in breathwork. Learn the why and how of breathwork, from foundational to advanced, while being supported in your personal process and invited to open, release, and heal.
Day 3 — Receive support for personal growth or professional development. Add simple yet profound tools to your transformation toolkit, and in the evening, dance.
Day 4 — Deepen your practice with Anthony’s signature Bridge process for healing trauma from childhood to the present. This approach is simple, engaging, and profound, helping you reach the core of what holds you back.
Day 5 — Explore trauma-informed breathwork and multiple breath patterns through Breath Solutions. After pool breathwork and a sound bath, you may experience results that can take years in traditional therapy. In the evening, sing and dance with Amy.
Day 6 — Be held, hold space for others, and learn under expert guidance. Experience Anthony’s Mandala Breathwork and celebrate beneath the stars with a closing Italian feast.
Day 7 — Close with integration and ritual. Leave energized, recharged, and equipped to continue your process with lasting well-being.
