Every meal at BreathCamp is created as part of the experience itself. Our culinary team serves fresh, home-cooked plant-based dishes made with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. If you have dietary needs or allergies, simply share them when you register and the team will do its best to tailor your meals with care and comfort in mind.

Nestled among the golden hills of Tuscany, ASHA Retreat & Community Centre offers a peaceful setting for healing and awakening. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and organic gardens, it is a place where stillness comes naturally and every view invites reflection.
Minimalist architecture blends with earthy warmth throughout the property, with open terraces, meditation spaces, and communal areas designed to encourage breath, balance, and belonging. Each sunrise begins in silence, each meal supports body and spirit, and each breath brings you closer to yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Monthly payment installments are available with a 20% up-front deposit, and the balance must be paid in full 2 weeks before arrival. If you need to leave early, you are welcome to do so, but refunds and discounts are not available. BreathCamp is also suitable for those completely new to breathwork, with care and support from the very beginning.
Check-in takes place on Sunday from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm, with orientation beginning at 4:30 pm. Check-out is on Saturday between 8:00 am and 9:30 am, and the program ends with lunch at around 2 pm.
All students must stay on-site at ASHA. Off-site stays, day attendance, and room holds without payment are not available. Free wifi is available in the main house and Dharma Den, and well-being sessions such as massage, intuitive readings, sound healing, and private breathwork can be booked separately, subject to availability.
For your stay, bring loose, comfortable layers, sturdy walking shoes, a swimsuit, warm evening clothing, biodegradable toiletries, and travel and medical insurance. Airfare, ground transportation, travel insurance, and optional a la carte treatments are not included.
