Instructors: Rohan Shinde and Shradha Gujar
Weekly on Tuesdays from 5:30-7:30PM in the Awakening Room
- 5:30-6:30PM: Ages 4-7
- 6:30-7:30PM: Ages 8-11
- 7:30-8:30: Adults
Step into the colorful world of Bollywood dance and bring a fresh spark to your fitness routine. Through fun choreography set to energetic music, you’ll build aerobic capacity, ease stress, and enjoy a weekly class that blends movement with cultural discovery.
OPTIONAL: Participants also have the chance to join local performances hosted by Qala Creations throughout the year, with costumes and gear included in class tuition—an excellent value.
What to bring: Water, comfortable clothing for movement and dance (exercise or yoga clothes work well), and sneakers or supportive footwear for dance.
Price: $20.00 per class or pre-pay for the entire month on the first class/month. $80 for a 4 week month or $100 for a month with 5 weeks.

GPS MAY SEND YOU IN WRONG DIRECTION! Entrance and Parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says “304 Main Street”. Drive to the end of the driveway and enter through the gray deck and take a right once inside the building.

Its open layout makes it easy to shape the room around your intention, whether you are guiding yoga, movement, meditation, or a more intimate healing experience.
Thoughtful details add to the atmosphere, including charming wood-beam ceilings and a classic farmhouse door that bring a sense of warmth and simplicity to the setting. Yoga mats and blankets are available on site, helping create a comfortable and supportive environment for your guests.

Fully adaptable, the layout can be rearranged to suit the flow of your event and create the right environment for your needs. At the heart of the room, a beautiful historic fireplace provides a distinctive focal point, while charming wood-beam ceilings bring added warmth and character to the space.
With 320 sq. ft. of room to work with, it offers a thoughtful balance of coziness and flexibility for meaningful group experiences.
