Service Description

Instructors: Rohan Shinde and Shradha Gujar

Held weekly on Tuesdays from 5:30-7:30PM in the Awakening Room

5:30-6:30PM: Ages 4-7
6:30-7:30PM: Ages 8-11
7:30-8:30: Adults

Experience the lively spirit of Bollywood dance while adding variety to your fitness routine. Through engaging choreography set to upbeat music, you’ll build aerobic endurance and release stress along the way. This energizing weekly class brings together movement, exercise, and cultural discovery in one dynamic experience.

OPTIONAL: Participants may also have the chance to join local performances hosted by Qala Creations throughout the year, with costumes and gear included in class tuition for excellent value.

What to bring: Water, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement and dancing (exercise or yoga clothes work well), and sneakers or other supportive dance footwear.

Price: $20.00 per class or pre-pay for the full month on the first class of the month. $80 for a 4-week month or $100 for a month with 5 weeks.

Parking:

GPS may send you in the wrong direction. Entrance and parking are located in the back. The driveway is next to the large white sign that says “304 Main Street.” Continue to the end of the driveway, enter through the gray deck, and take a right once inside the building.
