Description

In this training, you are introduced to the levels of insight found in the Buddha’s teachings. You will explore methods that help reveal reality as it is, while deepening your capacity to meet life’s challenges with greater compassion and clearer understanding.

The program brings together three core elements:

  • Study and reflect on meaningful themes from life.
  • Practice and test your understanding through direct experience.
  • Express and share your insights in spoken and written form.

This training is an experiment in bringing timeless wisdom into contemporary education. The Buddha’s essential instructions are applied in a practical and accessible way through meditation, psychology, and philosophy.

Bodhi means the cleared up mind

Everyone wants to do something truly worthwhile and understand what matters most in life. This transformative program places those questions at its center. It invites you to discover clarity in a way that allows natural empathy, intelligence, and strength to shine freely, like a lotus flower in bloom.

Through the training, you become more familiar with peace of mind, kindness, and insight in daily life. Drawing on your own experience, you learn how to guide yourself more skillfully and inspire others through simple yet profound contemplative techniques used in constructive and beneficial ways.

Welcome to a formative and inspiring teaching program with Erik Pema Kunsang.
