The day begins with meditation and yogic breathwork, designed to cleanse the body on both a physical and energetic level while awakening the spirit. From there, you move into dynamic Vinyasa yoga sequences that build strength, create balance, and leave you feeling energized. Each sequence is introduced step by step, with attention to alignment that supports free energy flow and healing potential.
In the afternoon, the practice continues through workshops focused on understanding asana and its effects on the muscular and endocrine systems, as well as on emotions and mental wellbeing through meditative practices. On selected days, you will also be guided into the restorative depth of Yin yoga for deep tissue release.
Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing guided meditation, often described as psychic sleep. As the sense of identification with the body softens, space opens to release old blockages and plant positive intentions into the subconscious, where they can grow and manifest in daily life.
Who Is In? Self Inquiry Meditation: This meditative practice blends Zen Buddhism and Western psychology to loosen attachment to the narrative self and reconnect you with your intrinsic nature.
Rebirthing Breathwork: A simple yet powerful breathwork practice that helps release emotional blockages, soothe the nervous system, reclaim sensuality, and restore life-force energy.
Guided Intuitive Movement: A playful movement session where the body becomes a vessel for exploration and expression. Through imaginative guidance, you are led into an embodied journey that revives curiosity and presence through sensation.

After spending most of her life as a professional contemporary dancer with some of the world’s leading companies, Hagar brings extensive experience in movement disciplines including Ashtanga yoga, guided intuitive movement, and dance.
With a deep love for movement and meditation, she supports people in connecting with the body as a channel for expressing their authentic selves.
