Gather in community at Nectar Yoga to honor the Autumn Equinox.
As we move out of the bright, expansive days of summer and into the quieter descent toward fall, the changes around us become more pronounced. When we pause and listen closely, we may also notice those same seasonal shifts reflected within ourselves.
This sacred threshold is a beautiful moment to acknowledge both light and darkness, and to welcome the grounding energy of autumn. Led by Nectar Creatrix Andrea, this experience invites you to slow down, share space with others, feel the resonance of sound, and rest deeply. Andrea will guide a 90-minute Yin yoga practice designed to align with the energy of the Equinox. After the slow and intentional movement, you will be immersed in a crystal bowl sound bath, followed by a guided silent relaxation to close.

ABOUT SOUNDBATHS
Unlike a bath of water, a sound bath surrounds the body in waves of sound. These experiences often feature singing bowls made of metal or crystal, which produce a rich, resonant tone when struck, similar to a bell.
The sound fills the room and the bodies within it, moving through the entire system and inviting release. The resonance is associated with theta, alpha, and gamma brain waves, states linked to relaxation, the easing of mental and physical tension, and feelings of wellbeing and compassion.
