Ashtanga Mysore

Description
An Ashtanga Mysore class is a traditional form of Ashtanga Yoga practice in which each student performs a sequence of postures independently, at his/her own pace, but in a group. Unlike a guided, dictated Ashtanga LED class, here the teacher is not a constant guide, but observes each person individually, helping to adjust poses, giving advice and teaching new poses. This allows the practitioner to delve deeper into their individual practice. At the same time, getting more personal attention from the teacher.
Ashtanga Mysore Yoga class is suitable for everyone - beginners and advanced. For new students, the teacher helps them to learn the basic postures and breathing techniques, while advanced students can further develop their practice. This technique gives more freedom, as everyone practices according to their own ability and pace. It is also a great way to develop physical endurance, strengthen the body, improve flexibility and develop concentration and awareness.
