This is a non-dogmatic approach to meditation, allowing students to explore a range of techniques and discover what resonates most. The methodology includes Classical Yoga Meditation, Osho Meditation, Mantra, Affirmation, Visualization, Manifestation, Breath Awareness, Zen, Chakra-based practices, Ecstatic Dance, and Yoga Nidra.
Upon completion, participants receive a certificate of participation recognizing both their dedication and their ability to share meditation with others. The training can open doors to new career paths and a lifestyle with more freedom and flexibility.

Teachers
Georgia Talcott — Over 22 years of yoga practice and more than 30 years of meditation experience; completed three 500-hour RYS programs and holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Yoga. She specializes in Vedic Meditation and Kundalini Yoga, blending philosophy, breathwork, and energy practices.
Neha — Holds a Ph.D. in Yoga and completed a 500-hour RYS program. Her focus includes yoga asanas, anatomy, and Ayurveda, with teaching experience in Austria, Germany, and rural areas in India through work with the Indian government.
Samten — More than 20 years of yoga practice and extensive teacher training experience in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. She specializes in Himalayan Kriya Yoga and Kundalini Shakti awakening, with workshops and retreats centered on energy alignment and deep healing.
Daria — Certified yoga teacher with a 500-hour RYS program completed in India and Bali, plus advanced meditation studies. Her background includes Vipassana and time spent living as a Buddhist monk, bringing together yoga philosophy, meditation, and art.
