Daria

Daria is a certified yoga teacher with a 500-hour RYS training completed in India and Bali, as well as advanced studies in meditation. Her path has also included deep immersion in Vipassana practice and a period of living as a Buddhist monk, experiences that continue to shape the depth and authenticity of her teaching.

In her sessions, Daria weaves together yoga philosophy, meditation, and art to create a thoughtful and inspiring space for self-exploration. Her approach invites students to slow down, connect inward, and cultivate greater awareness on and off the mat. With a warm and reflective style, she supports those seeking spiritual growth, inner clarity, and a more meaningful yoga practice.
