




Set in Bengaluru, Yoga Kulam School is offering an 85-hour Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course designed to support the unique journey of pregnancy, birth, and recovery. This training explores how yoga can help expecting and new mothers navigate the physical, emotional, and physiological changes that arise before and after childbirth.

Mantra, Teaching Methodology, and Ayurveda sessions are held on alternate weeks.
Yoga Kulam is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance (RPYS85). After successful completion, participants receive the 85-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (RPYS85), accredited by Yoga Alliance, USA. The certificate is recognized internationally by Yoga Alliance and the International Yoga Federation, and the course is also certified by the Indian Yoga Alliance for 85 hours Yoga Teacher Training Program.
During the 10-day training, experienced teachers guide students through each stage of the course with the aim of developing both confident practitioners and capable teachers. Completion of all 6 modules is mandatory, and the final assessment includes oral, written, and practical segments.

Departure is after breakfast on the same day.

Loose, breathable cotton clothing is strongly recommended so the body, especially the navel area, can remain comfortable throughout the practice sessions. Leggings are discouraged, as they are often made from synthetic fabrics treated with PFAS and BPA, which are associated with long-term health concerns.
