Aditi Mundi

With a 500 RYT certification and a strong foundation in both tradition and formal study, Aditi Mundi brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to yoga. Born into a family with deep spiritual roots in Shahtipaat Yoga, she has been guided by her grandfather since childhood, shaping her path with early exposure to authentic yogic wisdom. Alongside her background as an electrical engineer and entrepreneur, Aditi has cultivated a practice that bridges discipline, knowledge, and lived experience.

Her training includes both the classical Guru-Shishya tradition and structured yoga education, giving her a well-rounded perspective that resonates with modern practitioners while honoring lineage. She has also successfully completed Yoga Uisharad, further strengthening her expertise. In her sessions, students can expect an approach that is sincere, insightful, and rooted in a genuine love for yoga.
